Employee training

H.P.B. cherishes human resources as valuable assets. As per company operation strategies, training needs analysis was administered to investigate department performance target and staff individual training and development needs. In addition, based on H.P.B. core function competence and regulations, well-built comprehensive over all training system is constructed. Personal career development and performance can thus be enhanced:

Training system is framed with three structures

“New employee training”, “functions training” and “self learning”. With complete and systematic training and learning map for employees, personal training education can thus be extended to lifetime learning. A variety of courses are conducted. Besides lectures, activities, case studies and research groups are also included. This makes learning more efficient, interactive and energetic.

New employee training

Introduction courses are conducted upon the arrival of new employees, including introductions of environment, company rules, policies and regulations and course training. A mentor guides the new employee so that the new employee can smoothly familiarize with H.P.B.
 

Self learning

Based on company development needs, various channels of learning are offered to assist employees for self-learning and workplace capability inspiration purpose. Employees are encouraged to take part in related courses and training. Annual subsidies are offered for employees to establish clubs to make the learning limitless.

Functions training

Based on personal needs and development phases, employees are encouraged to discuss personal learning plans with supervisors during mid-year assessment. This stimulates employees to develop their self-learning continuously, and helps them ascertain goals with complete and systematic training schedules. This can gradually enrich employee’s professional knowledge and skills.
 

Training sites

Employees can enjoy learning in professional learning classrooms, conference rooms and connecting rooms. Employees can fully enjoy the fun of learning in relaxing and carefree moments.

A wide variety of learning channels

Through different channels, employees are able to enrich their lives with abundant learning anytime and anywhere. Channels include, company internal training, seminars, lectures, external training courses, supervisor and peer guidance and workplace learning etc.
